Must be a Graduate, preferably with an MBA, with experience in establishing/running the Rent-a-Car Business. He must have had experience as a Business Head and must understand the associated controls on vehicle utilization, profitability and cost control. Candidates who have Gulf experience especially in these countries will be preferred. Knowledge of written and spoken Arabic is a must.
BDM should have experience in the business development of low vlotage, medium voltage, process automation, switch gear business. and His functional area should be business development. should have exposure in GCC. and from electrical background.
Transport Manager • Must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Business Administration or Transportation. • 5 years experience in a retail distribution and transportation management role • Knowledge with insurance claims and cross border procedure. • Aware of Qatar traffic law and GPRS system • Good negotiation skill with metrics measurement ie. pricing, delivery, costs and quality audits • Responsible for establishing and managing key business processes across the network of organizations including Planning, Logistics, and Materials Management. • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to manage the complexities of a multi-cultural environment . Transport Supervisor • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management. • Must have minimum 3 years experience in a supervisory role with a modern transport /logistic environment • Computer literate with general office skills and the ability to work under pressure, ability to multi task is important. • Good English communication skills both written and spoken • Ability to work in a team environment, attention to detail, planning skills, ability to adopt to change, a high level of initiative, a positive work ethic and attitude, and the ability to work flexible hours. • The successful candidate will be required to report directly to the Transport Manager.
Project Planning & scheduling construction activities, including cost budgeting & preparing MIS reports. Knowledge of control sheets, and exposure to project planning tools & software like Primavera, to implement & control execution schedule will be important. Must have exposure to various types of Formwork systems.
The candidate must have experience in liaising with master developers, design consultants, regulatory bodies & governmental authorities in identifying and undertaking current & future development plans. Prior experience of minimum 10-15 years in a similar role is a pre-requisite. You will have substantial exposure to design and construction management of international projects. Due diligence, feasibility studies, concept design & detailing, urban planning and primary estimation of projects are a part of the responsibilities. As the Development Manager, you will be responsible for directing professional Consultants and assuming responsibility for value engineering and timely deliveries.
