The Recruitment Consultant will be directly responsible for sourcing and recruiting of suitable candidates.
He/she will work closely with the Operations Manager to develop, assist and maintain client relationships. Also, he/she will ensure a smooth administrative assistance to successfully recruit candidates for clients.

Coordinating an effective communication between all internal and external factors of the recruitment process is also integral to the work and a way to further grow within the company.
To provide to day to day hr support for the managers and employees.
The main duties of the hr executive include but are not limited to:
Maintain hard copy personal files forwarding relevant document to hr administrator.
Update and maintain access and other hr systems.
Prepare employment details letters for staff as requested e.g. Bank letters.
Assist managers in the induction of new staff.
Liaise with the finance department with regard to payroll and as required.
Ideally with an experience of 8-1o years from a financial industry
To assist the company management in recruiting staff for job vacancies within in the organization and for clients of the company. These vacancies can be permanent or temporary roles, and can range from junior staff to engineers and managers level.
