Highly experienced graduates or diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a reputed university/ Board should have minimum two to three years experience in sales of all type of Building Management System, SCADA-PLC, instrumentation products like energy management, electronic valves, controls, actuators, pneumatic controls. He should be familiar with operator interfaces, communication interfaces, Ethernet/IP, Advanced application controllers. Exposure to facility management software’s is required to design, take out BOQs, Auto Cad Drawings, Commissioning and installation of units.

Responsible for management of territory sales activities of BMS equipment, formulating sales strategies, achieving and exceeding sales targets, providing competitive intelligence reports, management of customer relationships, reporting of sales performance, achieving high customer acquisition, retention and satisfaction of goals.

The Ideal candidates must have ideally dealt with leading BMS/Instrumentation/SCADA Brands like Honeywell, Siemens, Emeriosson, Allen-Bradley, KMC Controls, SNECA and related brands in India or abroad.

Must have dealt with leading MEP contractors & consultants Govt Departments, High Rise Tower owners, District cooling companies. Must have excellent ability to achieve and exceed sales targets. Must have excellent skills in sales, communication, negotiation, coordination and reporting.

Candidate must be competent in getting product approvals, registration with the client, consultants, contractors, Government departments so that our products are specified in their tender documents.

He must be in position to operate software’s & design and select required units as per data provided by client.

Candidate must have excellent track record in negotiating reputed agencies/distribution rights for his company and justify with desired targeted sales and collections.

He shall be responsible for preparation of quotations, proposals, submittal, Operation & Maintenance Manuals for the sold equipment, Project data banks and analysis, general correspondence and other related tasks, visits to projects sites and meeting contractors, consultants, end users, etc.

Highly experienced Candidate may not necessarily have any exposure to Middle East market. He/She may be currently employed in India & should have valid International car driving license. Middle East exposure & driving license is desirable but not compulsory.
