Job Description/
Responsibilities
The Recruitment Consultant will be directly responsible for sourcing and recruiting of suitable candidates.
He/she will work closely with the Operations Manager to develop, assist and maintain client relationships. Also, he/she will ensure a smooth administrative assistance to successfully recruit candidates for clients.

Coordinating an effective communication between all internal and external factors of the recruitment process is also integral to the work and a way to further grow within the company.


Profile This is the top post in the Technical department and the candidate is expected to directly interact with the client’s technical team and ensure timely completion of the job.

Relevant HR experience in technical services provider is a must (oil & gas experience would be an advantage)

Pro-active, dynamic and team player able to deal with multi-level & multi-cultured consultants & clients

Good written and spoken English.
Good computer skills.
Good interpersonal skills.
