They are now seeking an experienced Senior Financial Advisor to join their Project Finance Department.

Job Description/
Responsibilities 		Role The successful candidate will be responsible for: • Negotiating Project & financing agreements and assessing project risks, • Arranging limited non-recourse financing for large media gas & Petrochem Joint ventures projects. • Leading the finance team, liaising with project advisors to develop new innovative financing structures. • Leading negotiations of term sheets, credit agreements, & experiencing mergers integration & acquisition agreements, accounting & financial valuation of company stocks, asset & liability. Profile Requirements Minimum of 12 years experience in project financing of large oil & gas projects. Degree in Business with major in Accounting or Finance, Post graduate degree in Finance is an advantage. Candidates must possess in-depth knowledge of current developments in sources & instruments of financing. Must be an expert negotiator of complex project financing & interrelated agreements.
