Responsibilities
To provide to day to day hr support for the managers and employees.

The main duties of the hr executive include but are not limited to:

Maintain hard copy personal files forwarding relevant document to hr administrator.

Update and maintain access and other hr systems.

Prepare employment details letters for staff as requested e.g. Bank letters.

Assist managers in the induction of new staff.

Liaise with the finance department with regard to payroll and as required.

Arrange accommodation, flights, hire cars as necessary; liaise with pro with regard to visas and permits for permanent and temporary staff.

Place adverts in local press as requested.

Manage and distribute cv’s received, replying where necessary.

Arrange candidate interviews and technical testing.

Assist employees and managers with day to day hr queries, directing staff questions.

Experience 3 - 8 years
Education Basic - Bachelor of Technology/Engineering ( Electronics/Telecomunication , Mechanical )
